Half Blood: one of the best HP films

The sixth movie installment of the boy who lived is yet another trophy not only in the careers of the lead casts but also to the director Mr. David Yates and everyone who was a part in the making of this excellent film.

although admittedly the movie version is far from the book adaptation the cinematography is good that I can almost say that the movie can stand on its own. Of course I would still prefer the book more but since the book is so packed with action and various crucial scenes, it must have been very painful to omit most of its parts for the movie version.

Maybe because I can attribute this likeness for the 6th movie to the promise I made to myself that I wont judge the movie according to how I loved the books. Obviously I cannot expect the makers to copy the book as is because we might end up watching a 10-hour movie. :) My reactions for the fourth and fifth films were merely disappointment because the film is different from what I know according to the book.

needless to say I am really excited to see the last two movies and looking forward to watch the series from the philosophers stone to the deathly hallows straight in DVD.
